Frequently Asked Questions

What do you do each day at camp?

Each day has a unique theme that coordinates with the princess guest. That theme is carried throughout the crafts, games, and activities. Our camp is a place to play within the magic of fairy tales and in the comfort of your own backyard.

 

When is Pick Up / Drop Off?

Drop off is the first 15 minutes of camp and pick up is the last 15 minutes of camp. Only the parent who completes the Registration Form is permitted to pick up and drop off a child. ID must be presented upon pick up and drop off. If a parent wishes someone else to pick up or drop off their child, the request must be emailed to Ali@PrincessAndMeParties.com at least 12 hours before the requested time. 

 

Can I Stay and Watch?

This is your time to enjoy a little down time! Get those errands run, draw out the bubble bath, dive into a good book... Once drop off time is completed, we'll wave goodbye and see you for pickup time. If your child is a bit unsure, we invite you to come right at that drop off start time to give them time to warm up. Worried you'll miss something? Don't worry. We do take photos throughout the day and of each child posed with the character so you can relive the day and see all the fun we've had.

 

Do I need to provide anything?

Water, snacks, lunch, and a change of clothes. Cubbies are provided for the campers. Please label every item with your child's full name.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $100 deposit by 6 weeks before camp start. The balance is due by 3 weeks before camp start.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our payment processor Square.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once camp starts, your payment is non-refundable. We do not do partial payments or prorated rates. The only exception to this is if a camp is cancelled due to acts of God or failure to meet the registration minimum of 8 campers. Then the payment will be refunded in full. This can take up to 4 days for Square and PayPal to process.

 

Does my child have to be potty trained?

Yes, your child must be potty trained to attend camp. So sorry but we are not licensed for diaper changing. Thank you for understanding. We'll see your child next year.

 

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes we are licensed and insured for entertainment. Documents can be provided upon request.

What is your counselor to child ratio?

For camps with 3-5 children, there is 1 counselor. For camps with 6-16 children, there are 2 counselors.
